If your product arrived defective or damaged in a way that impacts the integrity of the product, we will promptly exchange or refund your items. If you choose to exchange your items, our team will immediately ship out a new product and give you up to 30 days to to return the product with which you were not satisfied.
Once we deliver your items to the carrier, risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you. If you believe that your items were lost or stolen in transit to you, our support team can help you submit evidence to the carrier and research whether the lost package entitles you to any insurance payments from the carrier. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Labdoor.
