Returns

You may return new and unused products purchased from labdoor.com for any reason within 30 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.

Please review the details below. Then, email us at contact@labdoor.com with the following details to initiate a return:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you want to return
  3. The reason(s) for your return

Items must arrive at Labdoor in their original, undamaged, unopened packaging with all accompanying documents and accessories within 30 days of purchase to ensure refund eligibility. Labdoor reserves the right, under its sole discretion, to refuse returns for any products that don't meet these requirements.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for any shipping costs and risks related to your return. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance as needed.

* Digital product sales are final. If you have any trouble receiving or downloading digital products after purchase, please email us at contact@labdoor.com for further assistance.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you've changed your mind about an order, simply return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase using the instructions for "Returns" above. Then, place a new order.

Problems Related to Shipping

Did you find the wrong product in your shipment? Did your product arrive damaged or bearing a manufacturer defect? Our sincere apologies. Just email us at contact@labdoor.com with the following details, and we'll refund or replace it right away:

  1. Your order number
  2. A picture of the related product(s)
  3. The reason for your request

Refunds

We make every effort to process refunds in the same form as original payments. Due to different banking institution policies, please allow up to 7 business days after we've processed your refund for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once our carrier delivers your package to your destination address, ownership for those items is transferred to you and you are responsible for any risk of loss. If you believe that your order was lost or stolen during transit, please email us at contact@labdoor.com, and we'll help you research where your package might be.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.)

If you order labdoor.com products from outside the U.S., you are responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes, and other fees as well as any legal implications related to clearance across borders. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes, restricted items, and documentation and/or authorization you might need to receive your product as Labdoor does not process refund requests if, for any reason, our carrier cannot deliver to or within your country of destination.
