Was so excited for this product unfortunately when it arrived it was hot to touch. Even the ice pack that came with it was hot....not warm but HOT. Like it has been in 100+ degree temp....when I opened it was all one big clump had to stir around and it’s still so clumpy. Very sad. Since it got so hot for who knows how long it’s likely it lost lots of nutrients. Paid $20 for a 2 month supply that isn’t even effective....
